500 Hour Yoga Certification - RYT Requirements


500 RYT Yoga Teacher Training Certification Requirements Students must submit proof of their 200 hour RYT Yoga Teacher Training Certification by providing: confirmation of their hours a copy of their certificate the name of the registered school they received certification from the date certified the date registered with the Yoga Alliance their Yoga Alliance registration Id number. This will allow the focus for each training to be more specific rather than general to enhance greater understanding and skillfulness as the course progresses. Some of these trainings/workshops will be required segments. Students of the Sacred Art Yoga 500 hour RYT program will be required to document and keep record of the workshops and trainings they participate in as well as the categories and subjects they need in order to complete the training.	Once the required 280 contact hours and 20 additional non-contact hours are completed (combined in, but not limited to the categories and subjects listed below), a record of workshops and trainings that you have attended (which we will verify with our records) must be submitted. If upon review Sacred Art Yoga determines that certain subjects/categories need more focus for the individual student, those recommendations will be made. Once all of the requirements have been met, you will be presented with the Sacred Art Yoga 500 hour Teacher Training Certificate. At that time you will be given instructions on how to apply for the Yoga Alliance accreditation. This program will include workshops and trainings offered by Sacred Art Yoga as well as nationally known teachers recognized by The Yoga Alliance (presented by Sacred Art Yoga as part of the 500 hour RYT Certification Program) offering workshops in their particular fields
