It is strongly recommended that you have been studying yoga for at least 1 year prior to this training. During this training, you will be encouraged to continue to take weekly classes and continue with your own home practice. To be a good yoga teacher is to embody yoga in all facets of your life. The more you embody the principles of yoga and cultivate balance in your life, the more effective of a teacher you become. As a yoga teacher, it is very important that you teach from a place of true understanding and authenticity rather than memorization. This program will be intense and demands discipline and commitment. You must be sincere in your desire to learn. Becoming a good yoga teacher is not just taking a teacher training; it is a lifelong process and commitment.
